7 folds, SB raises to t16570 all in, Hero wants to know what hands he can actually fold out here?

I think my working is right but anyone can correct me.

Total pot when villain shoves = 23770

so hero has to call 16570 in order to win 40340...(16570/40340) = 0.41 (41%)

so you need 41% equity to break even...time for some stove. I put villains hand as random since he should be shoving atc here

Depends how competent he is. If he's shoving ATC we can call pretty wide here.

he's shoving ATC here for sure. I had been chatting with him and its pretty deep in the daily 80k. His stats are decent on OPR.
