I was busted with this hand. In my opinion I made 3 mistakes:

- I had to raise more preflop ---> HU with a small pair, really hard to play on the flop. So I had to steal the blinds and that was enough

- I was quite sure I was ahead after the flop, so I had to raise back after his reraise

- Maybe I should have gone allin on the turn ---> I'm not sure if it was the correct thing to do

- I HAD TO FOLD ON THE RIVER ---> there was 4 card for a straight and 3 for a flush on the table, so my set was pretty weak; but I'm not able to fold a set when I catch it

Oh my...there are so many mistakes here I dont know where to begin. Im too tired to point out what I would have done differently so lemme sleep on it and discuss in the AM when I get to work.

What you should have done:

Preflop: Hero is SB with 6, 6.
1 fold, Hero raises to t300, BB calls t200.

Flop: (t600) J, 4, 5 (2 players)
Hero bets t400,

If villain calls, you're pushing the turn when you hit your set. If he raises, you're done with the hand.

Just remember, this is No Limit. You can and should raise/bet more than the minimum.

First, let me make two points :
FOR NOW
1) never min-r
2) never min bet

this type of betting can made later on ur poker life when you are more experienced and want to potray to the online donks that you are one of them when you're really not.

SO:
pf: make it 300
flop: bet 400-450. if villian min-r, call or I might occassionally push here.
turn: just flat out shove the turn

problem here is the betting screwed you everywhere. you are worried about str8 and flush possibilities but if you made the correct bet pf, some of those st8 possibilities go away. would villain really call you pf with 32? then the problem extends on the flop where villian could be holding the powerful gutter draw with a hand like 87. on the turn, if your going to CR there, push. dont min CR, all you are doing is juicing up the pot giving villain odds to draw out on you.

raise more pre
cbet 3/4 pot
in the turn you have a monster, you can overshove if you think villain's calling. if u think he might just call a 3/4 pot, bet this size again
shove any river, no matter the 7d

ok... let's do this:

1) either RAISE 3xBB PF or limp... (or fold but that's not an option really, except if you will play the hand like you've played it it might be better) --> minraising PF in SB sucks balls...
then
2) bet more on the flop, your bets PF AND on flop looked like steals both times (from donky villains), you don't wanna be bluffed when you actually do have some kind of a hand
3) I'd probably bet the turn if he flats me... if I decide to check, I'm check-raising all-in on that turncard... if he's got the made straight so be it... but if he called PF your BIGGER raise and the bet ON THE FLOP, you should have a huge edge on villains calling ranges...
4) don't make a call on a river (ok, let's face it, strangely played by villain, but still) where you only really beat a bluff... (3 to a flush, 4 to a straight)
5) if you followed all 4 points ==> win
