Belgians where never on .eu
We moved from .com to .be in november/december 2011 and everyone kept the same screenname.
I do have a friend who relocated a few times and after he changed from .be to .com 2times they asked him to make an account on .com and when he goes to belgium they open his .be account again.

Jorizz is originally from the netherlands so perhaps that's why he - and several others I know of - had to create a new one

what's with all the players on the "wrong" sites?

a belgian winning the wcoop main on .EU? what about .be?!
several UK players, some very known, still playing on .EU and not .uk ??

even if they temporarily relocated shouldn't they have another location stated on the tables?

I moved to Budapest in March/April of this year. When I migrated my account from .co.uk to Stars, I was told it would not be possible and I was asked to make a new account. I refused to do this as I felt like it would be wrong and just continued to play on my account. (weirdly enough I had to log onto the .co.uk client with a location of Hungary)

Recently, it came up that I might have missed VPPs because of this and I emailed Stars again.

"PokerStars only permits User ID changes or new accounts when deemed absolutely necessary. Unfortunately, this can be the result of new licenses that require account changes to meet differing regulatory standards. When these account changes occur, we have policies in place to help mitigate the impact by communicating changes to the frequent opponents of these players."

We apologise for the miscommunication regarding the status of your own User ID and appreciate your shared interest in maintaining the integrity of our games. "

So the regulatory issues disappeared in the last couple of months and they should be able to migrate accounts back and forth now. It seems like a weird issue and something Stars don't have a consistent policy on.

what a mess, makes one wonder whats the point with .be site at all?

is there any good overview of all the regulated markets for stars alone, and .eu etc? Very confusing since some sites are restricted from playing vs other players (like .fr)

Obviously they are not setting it up just for ****s and giggles. Poker (and on-line gambling) got regulated in Belgium and they needed to obtain a special licence. In order to obtain this licence they need to meet certain government standards (some required them to have a separated player pool like .it, .es and .fr) and others allowed them to stay connected to the global player pool (like .be, .de, .uk - I heard they even have a special skin for the province of Bayern in Germany).

The issue of losing FPPS's hasn't been resolved. I was insta forced to change from .com to .uk when I loved from Asia to UK without me notifying them.

Then when I moved to Hungary it took 3 days to change my location and I just realised after a week i'm getting no fpp's. Funny how it's always getting cut short as opposed to extra with these scenarios.

I'm sure they will let me change to UK no prob ha

^^ probably is being ghosted tho

The amount of ghosting at low/midstakes is obv going to be huge because if you're a casual player you prob have at least one friend who's half decent at the game and who will "help you out" on your deep run . A lot of recs probably wouldn't even consider that they're doing anything wrong either

According to OPR the account has 227 games played and the 2nd - 5th biggest cashes are for between $67 and $27, please continue to post suspected accounts ITT. I doubt that player even knows anyone who has cashed for more than $10K in online MTTs lol.

Does anyone know who "Large Coffee" from UK on all sites is?

Currently 4 handed in the Thrill, first game Jan 7 2016, and been ripping a HSMTT schedule everyday.

Had him on my b55 FT, very suspicious his p5s was only registered start of the year too.

I thought he was a fish at first, he was pretty aggro/spewy in spots
