I'm not too up on bet sizing,can I go larger here on flop and turn,what are the best sizings here?

I think the sizing is fine, river is a gross spot

Tricky spot, you are pretty much pot committed after the turn, I am not sure. I feel like check/jamming would be a decent play, and if it goes check/check maybe call down the river? Interested about other peoples opinions here.
