Okay, that's good. I was down to the last 10 minutes. I hope I got a hundred in for Saturn, not that it will move me up that much but at least a couple of spots.

Am I correct in assuming that the high stakes regs all have bunches of extra tickets that will never be used? There's nothing you can do with them other than the monthly right?

Heh yep I have 14 tickets and am expecting 2 more this week. Assuming I grind sng's forever, I guess I will have tons of tickets that will never be used! The bonus $ is good though.

Just moved my bankroll to PokerStars three days ago and played 2 High Orbit blocks. Made 4th place in the Mars leader board for a cool $140USD and a monthly battle of the planets tournament ticket.

woo hoo. 1st place in mercury high orbit leaderboard. hopefully score holds up till sunday.

Does it split a prize when you're tied or does it go by who got that point total first? Just wondering because I ended up tied for the last paying slot. We had four people with the same score at the end, only 2 of them in the money.

They split -- so e.g., if 2nd pays $500 and 3rd pays $300 and there is a tie for 2nd, they give both people $400.

I might try and grind out 100 more sngs try and get into first sadly i am out of low orbit blocks so I will have to sit and watch people take over my score and good luck to you aswell. I saw your name at the top and thought...woow i gotta try and replicate that score .

the week starts at sunday 0:00am in the general pokerstars timezone (i dont know which is exactly, its 6am in my country) and the best for taking an orbit is running like god x 1000, the type of the game not matter too much imo.

1st in Low and 15th on High for Mars this previous week. Yay a little bit of rakeback.

Time to grind down 100 27 mans for Mars, Venus, Earth, and maybe Neptune this week. Good luck all!

Hi!

I'm pretty new at multi tabling. I have a nice run so far, I think I might have a chance to finish top 100 (maybe top 50) in the mercury high orbit. Still, I need 78 sng's. (played 122 this week so far)

I play $1,75 18 man turbos, and I play "only" 8 tables. Is it possible to do the 78 sngs in the remaining time? I have only 5-6 free hours to play. If I have to, I can play on 10-12 tables but I'm not comfortable on it yet, so it might ruin my points.

What u think?

dammit lobstamobsta i was soooo close to gettin 1st on neptune, **** Uranus !!
lol ..
07-01-2009 , 11:22 AM
Currently virtually 3rd place in Earth with 10 games to finish my block and 1393 points thus far.
I will table select my azz off to hopefully get a top 10 finish end of the week.
But that should be pretty tricky, as I need at least another 100 points imo.

Achieved a silver star on Sharkscope as well as a result of my run..lol

I have a score of 1386 this week in the high orbit of Uranus, which put me in 1st place. I'm sure it's not high enough to hold 1st, but for some reason my score just randomly disappeared. It was showing for like 2 days, then it was just gone. It still shows up when I go to Requests -> Sit & Go Leader Points, but not Requests -> Sit & Go Leader Boards -> Uranus ($50 - $99.99) -> This Week. I emailed Stars:

>My Battle of the Planets score for Uranus is not showing. I had a score
of 1386 in the high orbit, which put me in 1st place as of 7/1/09 at 9:30
pm EST. It had me in 1st the past two days, but I just checked and for
some reason I am not on the leaderboard at all. Is it a glitch? Did my
score for some reason get erased? When I go to Requests -> Sit & Go Leader
Points..., my score of 1386 is shown under the high orbit section.

Hello Matt,

There certainly seems to be a problem here, and in 15 months of the
promotion, it is not one we've seen before.

I've reported the anomaly to our development team, and I hope to get an
answer later today. In the meantime I can assure you that you will receive
any prize money you earn this week for your scores.

Thanks for taking the time to report this matter. We appreciate your
patience and understanding while we investigate the matter.

Regards,
