If you really want to play some MTTs then go ahead and mix them into your game as long as you stay within your bankroll. If you can't block our your whole day on MTTs but have 4 to 5 hours then you can play the 180 man sit and gos on stars. The payout structure is very top heavy and there is plenty of good advice on 2+2 that can help you beat them.
