anywhere from 2.2-3.5x is fine. Don't (usually) vary your opening sizes based on your hand, that would be what we call a "tell"...

I think raising 3x and limping are both options. Depends on what style you play preflop. I never (ok, almost never) open limp....so I would raise 3x here.

If, however....you do open limp (you would need to do with AA some times), then there is an argument for limping here. You don't want to get re-raised out of a pot (while you can call a raise if you limp). Also, you may get action (with no raise), see a flop, spike a T...and win a nice pot.

I'd often raise ~5-5.5k, as an UTG raise almost always still gets respect even if it's a bit less than 3x (even with antes)... I'm often in the 2.5x camp, even if antes kick in, except if there are too loose blinds I'd 3x more often...

But, I like, very std. I guess? (nitcamp broadcast advocates raising AQ+/99+ UTG I guess? so yeah std.)
