I folded.

Reraising felt dangerous as there is a good chance he has AA KK, and even if he has QQ it will be just a coin flip. only hand I am favorite is if he has AQ, but I don't think he would reraise that.

I thought of calling, because I get good pot odds, but I would not know how to continue. no A or K on the flop i am done with the hand, and if A or K on flop I might be in real trouble against AA or KK.

So i choose to fold.

What are you guys opinions?

This should be an easy jam when we have only 28BB. You should be happy to take flips in these middle stages of tournaments where your not that deep and are essential to winning MTT's.
Plus Villain could easily 3-bet worse than AK here with his stack, GII. If hes got AA/KK its ul/nh. If hes got 10/JJ/QQ etc, we should be happy to take a flip with our stack.
Plus sometimes Villain could call here with AQ

If your scared to take flips in MTT's, then you shouldnt be playing them.

AK is fine normally to gii for 28BB but here it's actually quite tight - against a range of TT+ AK we have only 40% equity whereas we have to have 44% to break even on the shove - assuming no fold equity ( which we can if this range is right) - so we have to think he might be 3 betting weaker hands to make it +EV - not sure he often would against an EP raise with shortstacks around he'd have to call.

Depends on things like V's 3 bet stats and our image what his range would be

An alternative is to call and commit to top pair or better - not brilliant either

Oh noooo, you cannot fold this. He has a huge stack, he will have a wider range. Your bet wasn't even that strong a bet, it wasn't much more than the min raise. Folding is the worst option possible, at least call and see if you hit top pair and check/call him on the flop and turn before shoving on the river.
Absolutely agree with the other people here, I would shove all in, there is a very good chance he will fold to you, and if he doesn't you have a good chance of doubling up. And like the poster above me wrote, the fact you have AK makes it a lot less likely he has AA or KK. There are 6 combinations of being dealt AA, and 6 combinations of being dealt KK. But you have AK means there is only 3 combinations of being dealt AA and 3 of KK - and remember there are 1326 different combinations that one can be dealt, that is 0.4% chance that he has AA or KK.
