fold, fold, UTG+2 raises to $1,200, fold, fold, fold, Hero ?

Average was about 14000, UTG+2 stats(25 hands):VP 20,PRF 12.
650/3000 left, 450 paid.
I guess 3betting or calling are both justifiable options so I play tighter since we are near the bubble and I have an above average stack or I choose the aggresive way and push? It seems to me that it is better to flat call since I have position and act accordingly on flop. What parameters do I look to make this decision?

We are only 25bb eff, but a shove seems excessive and will likely fold out AQ. I'd 3bet/call 2900.

3bet>3bet shoving>calling. In this hand, how spewy is shoving? Normally, I'd be shoving this.

Shoving is not spewy at all as it is defo +cEv. 3betting/calling though might get him to reshove with AQ or worse.
