I don't play many rebuys, but I do notice from looking @ rebuy #'s in the mid-highstakes mtts that the rebuy sessions are not generally played the same as they used to be ~1yr ago.

Hand 2 I would cib pre and fold if he 5 bets and instacall if he shoves. Ive found this is the best way to combat when people do this. After looking again as played I might just keep c/c including river.
