I think that the guy range from this position is like 88+,AQo, Ajs, so u stand pretty bad against his range.
Also he is not that deep and even dont know if there is any fold equity really. Maybe will seem a bit too conservative but without position and extra info on him i would fold.

I don't like shoving this with no reads. Randons are always like TT+ AK.. so I fold

Even if he's opening super super wide like any pair, any broadway and some suited aces you are only slightly better than a flip. Add the fact that BB might overcall some % of the time and this is like the easiest fold ever.

equity win tie pots won pots tied

He 3x it UTG and you have a stack behind you who covers you. Why would you shove here and risk BB waking up with a monster with a meh hand in this spot? If you really think UTG is that light then just 3b him normal and call a shove from OR. That way if BB does cold 4b you can fold. Not saying I'd 3b or shove, just that 3b/c is far better so you can fold to a 4b by BB.

Just fold the first time.

pretty bad shove with BB covering you, even if he just calls 5% of the time it reduces the EV of this spot trastically, and he should not fold AQ or 99 cause your range is very unbalanced and weightend away from QQ+. maybe he can fold AQ and 99 but every better hand snaps.

rather 3b/c OR and 3b/f vs a cold 4bet which will very very rarely be worse than AQ or 99.

unless OR is tight and you should just fold obv, but vs a 24/19 this is a trivial 3b/c
