ok how poorly played is this hand? First off I think my raise pre is fine (maybe i should shove... idk?) but obv he calls with Q9 which is extremely marginal and I Cbet and bluff the turn hoping he will fold his Q but he doesn't. Should I cbet this flop and also do I give up on after he flats the flop bet? I feel like I played this hand poorly but hey how can you put someone on a range when they limp call Q9 which is pretty pathetic but standard at lower levels.

either shove pre or raise a little more than you did to set up a pot sized flop shove

i'd prefer a shove

It's the daily dollar rebuy. you see this stuff all the time, during all points of the tournament

Shove pre and he probably still calls. your stack size makes this a really tough spot to just raise pf. since you're oop, you'll get a lot more calls on a cbet, and if he calls your cbet, you've gotten half of your stack in on a bluff. the shove on the turn is pretty bad, but at this point you've kinda painted yourself into a corner. if you shove pre, you'll get plenty of calls from hands you're in decent shape against (again, especially at this level), and if not you'll increase your stack by 25%

looking back a shove pre works well or raising a lot more pre so i can jam the flop. Yea I mean Q9 vs AJ is something I like but its really hard to put opponents on somekind of range in low limit tournies. Fine with me though bc its pretty easy to double off people with a <12bb stack especially in low limit tournies.
