he will probably not call with those but if I check the river villain will bet almost his entire range and I think he will bet more than 400

shoving 2.8k into a 840 flop is bad.

OP check/calling the river is good because it induces the villain to bluff/value bet his weaker hands since there are still a lot of hands you're ahead of. If the villain has nothing, well then you got to showdown cheap on a relatively scary board.
