The variance are less in these mtts. But f.e. an 30psko mtt. What is the considered buyin for it in the long run? I find them fun to play. Why is so many regs negative of this format?

Equities run extremely close, so that we often just watch boards run out. Not having fold equity takes away what makes mtt poker such a good game imo.

A lot of regs like them tho because they give a new look at an old format.

Also a lot of regs play them terribly so that makes those who hate the format hate it more. That will change in time as people learn whats up.

A $30psko probably is the variance of a $22fo. I'm just guessing here.
