What do you do with A9s while UTG at 13BBs in a tournament. Do you push or fold?

(The title is 11 BBs, but I meant 13BBs. Computer won't let me change the title.)

9 handed. I am first to act. Stack sizes are slightly bigger like 15 to 30 BBs per person.

I messed up the position. I lost track when I saw first to act but didn't pay attn to title. UTG is a snap fold. AJo for me be a fold too. AJs is a ship and TTs+ (questionable but doable)

There really isn't enough info to answer properly, but I give you some examples:

Lets say there isn't any ICM pressure and stack sizes are 15-30 BB like you said. With quite standard 12-12.5% antes this is +ev shove. It is still +ev shove with 10% antes, but if there is no antes this becomes a clear fold and you need to have 10bb or less to be able to make a +ev shove without antes.

Check jennifear like Simon adviced.
