5 handed down to 10 players. top 3 pay. blinds are 500/1000.

utg with big stack raises min bet to 2000. mp fold, button calls. im in sb with 25000. i call 1500 with A2s BB calls 1000.

flop is Qd Ac 5c. i check bb checks utg bets 5000. button folds. im to act with A2. how do i proceed here? i think i should of folded pf or raised pf.

just fold pre most of the time given stacks. could argue for squeezing occasionally with this specific hand but that also depends on what we think about opener and flatter. as played call flop and x/f a lot of turns. do you have A2dd?

As2s. flatter has been calling a lot of hands. opener hasn't open raised for awhile. opener has been calling a lot pf too. if another Q hits the turn would you fold to a bet from opener?

we could make a raise of 6000-8000 preflop to get these two to fold.

it would be a weird spot because you should not have such a weak Ax hand flatting from the sb to begin with. while i think that villain should rarely be betting a Q pairing ott because it hits you harder than it does hit him you can still fold the stone bottom of your range to a turnbet. if you flat A2s here from the sb i assume that you will flat all suited broadway combos which include QTs, QJs and KQs as well as some offsuit combos of those. then you are also probably calling with at least some better Ax hands pre than A2s, AT comes to mind for example. i think all of those hands are enough hands to call a turnbet with if the Q pairs. if i get into this spot with A2s otf, id call turnbets on any A,2 as well as offsuit 3,4 and probably also on a 5 although that's probably a close one.

If you're going to do anything just jam it in preflop. Making it 8k out of position and risk getting called a lot sucks. This hand is just too weak to overcall out of position with such a shallow stack.
