We are in the early stages so no specific reads yet. I am trying to find spots to three barrel - and "profitable" spots to make medium strength hands such as a pair into bluffs. If there aren't enough hands that beat us that fold (which may be the case since we would only fold out tens and weak aces that were drawing or floating) then does it make sense to "blocker" bet to keep him from pushing us off with his bwy/single spade combo hands? Is all of this just to hopeful and a check-fold is in order? I thought this was a challenging hand. thanks.

edit: I also think my bet sizings are off... I think my flop bet should be smaller and my turn bet higher.

I really don't like a blockbet in this spot. I cant find a worse hand that makes a crying call against us. Hands like 55-88 probably fold now vs a smallish bet. I'd even prefer a straight up (big) bluff to get Tx to fold over blockbetting. But vs a random in a $2 mtt that's probably lighting money on fire also.

I think it's fine to just check and give up. Perhaps you get lucky and villain doesn't bluff his KsJx.

Your bet on the flop is fine, but your bet on the turn is pretty bad. You are betting into three opponents, and you were called by two of them. More often than not, the very worst hand one of your opponents will have is 10x. With the flush completing on the turn, it makes it an even worse bet, as one of our opponents is very likely to have called the flop with a flush draw. If I were to bet the river, it would probably be something on the larger side to make his 10x hands fold. The problem is, our opponent still has all combos of 1010, 44, 22, A10, and all flush combos, which is waaaaaay too many combos of stronger hands he can be holding for me to ever think about wanting to bluff this river.

Bet the flop and check the turn and re evaluate to further action.
