I'm having problems a lot in these spots, flat or 3b with mid pairs here?? raiser is 25vpip/19pfr

As played should I stab flop in position??

I am not in love with the flat, but like it a lot more if OR has been active.

As played, I like either stabbing on the flop (555) or calling his turn bet and probably calling another bet on river - bluffcatching.
