Hello everybody!
That is my first post, so thank you to the community to might help me!

Please could you give your opinion about a classic situation I always spot?

88 from SB 20BB left, not already ITM

What should I do?

Similar situation could be any small pair even middle position?!

there is no 'rule' like I have 88 20bbs deep - all in/fold or something like that, every situation is different and you gotta learn thinking through every situation and decide best option.....as said above, need more details...

That was actually a random situation and now I have not more details.
Anyway I understand you'd need more details to anaylize the hand.
However I wanted to know some kind of guideline, I mean you don't need so many details to know if play 72off, so was wandering generically how to play a middle pair in that kind of spot...

If raise before folds to you jam it in.

If BvB depending on BB you can play it two ways.

Raise/GII

Limp/GII - obviously vil can check back a lot here but if they're aggro then this works quite nicely.

Obviously you can have a balanced range for your 20bb push/fold but I like to be quite aggressive with 20BB as its perfect stack to abuse FE.
