Im personally noticing that in these turbos sometimes you have to make these kind of hero calls especially if you have your opponents covered.....I thought I would be in a situation like 99-QQ vs AK....Hate to be results oriented but when the flop came I wanted to break my laptop over my knee like Bo Jackson did baseball bats!

The largest stack left has 15 BB to start the hand, so I'll agree with open shoving.

As played, you're getting 3.2:1 to call, and you have 26% equity if both players are as tight as {88+, AJ+}, so call there too.

I actually found that I was losing a ton of value shoving hands like 55-88 pre. I started limping here and found that on the rare times that I hit quads or even trips I was often getting very little action here by leading out with a 1/2 to full psb. Anyone have ideas on how to extract max value on hands like these for set mining or quads on f/t? Without being results oriented I think we lost too much value on low sets to some very bad players by bet-sizing incorrectly.

set mining w/ 21 BB is -EV, u lost a ton of value when u limp w/ m/h PPs.

if u raise and someone flats and u dont hit a set/quad u can shove or fold, since u commit urself w/ betting here. if u shove u fold out all hands ur a big favorite against, and if u get called u have 2 outs most of the time. if u fold instead shove, just fold pre! odds u hit a set on the flop is 7:1. u dont have the implied odds w/ these stacks.

u can see u have the same 2 options pre and on the flop, but w/ shove pre u have much more FE, so u can increase ur stack w/ 10% more often. also u get the max value in this way as u can flip against overs in a big part of the time (~40-50%, as more times u flip as higher ur PP).
