Just wanted to be sure of the decision here; will anyone ever consider folding a hand this strong, considering a big stack is raising? Readless I'm crushing his range obviously, and the pot odds are enormous. But is there an ICM argument here?

10k on the pot, you have 12k, ante will kill you in near future (and may be you don't even get better hand)... all-in

Hero raises to t15024 and is all-in

Seriously this is more of a shove precisely because it's a big stack raising. He's raising very wide from the CO, and your AT is absolutely destroying his opening range. And because some people are truly awful at poker, you will even get some people to fold to your shove.

No point waiting around and hoping to ladder up a spot or two, just look to pick up big chunks of chips and aim for the top two or three spots, which is where the real money is in these 180s.

TeamTrousers pretty much nailed it.

You should shove here because this is a +EV spot and you are hindering your chances of a significant score by folding here.
