This is the third hand of the Sit and Go. I rarely play
the 45 man sit and gos and don't know how they play.

Poker Stars $55+$5 No Limit Hold'em Tournament - t10/t20 Blinds - 9 players
The Official 2+2 Hand Converter Powered By DeucesCracked.com

MP2: t20
CO: t1490
BTN: t3500
Hero (SB): t1480
BB: t1500
UTG: t1460
UTG+1: t1260
UTG+2: t1290
MP1: t1500

Pre Flop: Hero is SB with Q Q
1 fold, UTG+1 calls t20, UTG+2 raises to t140, 1 fold, MP2 calls t20 all in, 2 folds, Hero calls t130, 1 fold, UTG+1 raises to t1260 all in, UTG+2 raises to t1290 all in,

I chose to call the first raise. Do you prefer something else?

After the early position limp/raise allin and the call of the
allin bet, do you call or fold?

LOL at one guy down to 20 after 2 hands....but I digress

Flatting the first raise left you where you are now, which is with less information than had you reraised. On the bright side, if one of them has aces or kings, it may have been a blessing.

Those things being said, I picture at least one of them holding AK - heck, maybe both. UTG+1 might very well be trying a squeeze play with a middle range pair or, as noted, AK. UTG+2 is more of a concern, as AA or KK are more distinct possibilities given his action in response to what has occurred in the hand (i.e., he raised, was called, and another guy went over the top).

I've never played in this exact type of tourney, but I'd tend to fold here. You're virtually guaranteed that one of them has AK or better, maybe both. Is that how you want to risk your tourney life? From where I sit, this is not a great time to put in your money.

I saw things similar to Rizeedizee. The first guy looks like
he has AK or a high pocket pair. It appears likely that at least
one of them has AA or AK and the other AK.

5ko, I thought about raising or pushing rather than calling the 150 bet.
But I don't like getting it in with such a large overbet after several
people have expressed interest in the pot/ I think with QQ its something
of an overbet and I preferred to call and see how things progressed
post flop.

As it happened it looked to me like a clearcut fold.

Ill post the results after giving others who I hope have some experience
with the 45 man $60 a chance to chime in

I was in this exact spot a few days ago in a $20+2 nine player SnG, 2nd level. MP1 raised to 90, MP+2 re-raised to 220, I flatted the $220 on the button with QQ. MP insta-pushed, MP2 insta-called. I folded. They both had AK, fwiw, and flopped their K, but I'd of spiked my Q on the river. I still think it was the right fold; the chances of them both holding AK here are slim if their ranges are AK and QQ+

Sippin....what do you raise to? 450? 500? or push?

If you raise a smaller amount, and it goes allin, allin,
do you call or fold?
