Call, bust remaining 600 chips, load up next tournament when he has 45 or A2,3,4,5,9 or 22,33,99. It would be really weird if he showed up with diamonds here Otherwise pass 30-60 and collect $200 with his aces and the random 9s he gets pissed and shoves with after missing his turn checkraise? Pretty early to make a hero call here but on first thought I do it because I am stationy in spots like this (i am usually not a big advocate of going broke in smallish pots early either)

Why not double barrel here? Is firing on the turn with overcards from posi always spewy in SNG?

I just feel that BB has read hero's c-bet correctly but might fold if we bet again on the turn. thoughts?

I would fold. He isn't bluffing here so he needs to be vbetting worse like 60% of the time.

I'm not double-barreling an unknown with no reads here, like ever. He doesn't fold enough for it to be profitable.

I'd also fold, it should be pretttty clear by Hero's actions that he has an Ace so it'd be pretty worrying if this was a bluff.

j/w, what does everyone think of the UTG AQ pf raise? I probably would call (I live at the 16s and 27s)

I'd raise PF but not particularly like it a whole ton. I think it's easier to play by raising pre than limping tho.

I'd fold AJ.

hey Dan, think pf raise>fold>limp?

Nah, raise > limp > fold IMO. AQo still has too much value to fold, and still enough value to raise too IMO.

I would fold this too, you just don't win often enough for a call to be profitable.

pcvan, I play same levels and open raise AQo here 100% of the time. Then again AJs>fold imo

AJs limp in my opinion

I'd go with this. If he's donkey enough to bluff you'd probably have seen it already.

Folding AQo UTG 9 handed isn't horrible imo (though raising is fine too).

As played I fold the riv.

it is very close anyways, it is a small leak either way, but 25% somebody has AK/JJ+ behind you and you are in a world of hurt when you flop top pair. I can see some profitable situations arise from loose blinds thinking they have odds to call, but when you are called and have to play the hand OOP it realy sucks.

i think i would probably make more money if i could learn to fold this more often. it does look like you are beat and your stack is still very healthy.
