Villain was a bad losing reg who has dabbled around in games way above his ability. He was running around 18/10 over 50 hands or so at the time.

I felt a bit spewy at the time. I very nearly check-raised all in on the turn, and very nearly bluff shoved the river.

As played he did the wierdest thing I've seen someone do in ages - I am fairly sure he selected the pre-action button to "fold" on the river before I had made my move, and when I checked he insta folded, then typed **** in the chat box, so I think he may have even folded the winning hand by accident?

It's another experimental hand for me so feel free to flame away.

I agree turn is pretty bad in hindsight, I originally checked with the intention of crai, but his 200 bet kinda froze me a bit - so c/f or crai on the turn?

I'd prefer to bluff crai with outs, and here we have 1 or 2, unless he calls with a draw which we beat. And I'm not sure if losing regs are able to let go of queens here?

I haven't edited the hh in any way, and you can see it says he folds rather than checks. It wasn't one of those spots where it dwells for a few moments before saying "mucks". Like you I didn't think it was possible to auto fold, but how else is this explainable?

Doesn't stars flash up a warning box saying "do you really want to fold?". Unless he has some kinda wierd hotkeys going. I use starshotkeys which makes it impossible to fold here - when you click fold it auto checks for you instead.

Yeah, it auto checks for me too. But it's possible his ahk is set up poorly.

Pretty sure there is a button that auto folds you and doesn't confirm you want to fold. Also I think you can turn that confirmation off in options anyway. Might be wrong on both accounts

I think raising the turn is really bad since queens are having a very hard time folding (put you on Ah) and obviously flushes aren't folding. And queens are a decent part of his range here so fold equity isn't a big thing. I think calling is fine since he can have PPs and high cards and his bet is kinda weak then probably fold most rivers as well but when he has option to check behind on river he takes it quite a lot imo and you win at showdown.

Can't for the life of me figure out why anyone would click that one while in a HU hand. But then again, I could do it in a three way pot where I have zilch from the bb.

He's not very likley to have misclicked that box, that's for sure.

"Fold to any bet" only folds to bets, not to checks obv.
iirc wickss' AHK script had a "confusing" option that dealt with the "Maybe you are just stupid, but you could check, so do you want to: [Check] [Fold]" box that pops up on stars. Unfortunately most people thought the script clicks the [Check] Button as a default, but it didn't

As for the hand, the turn is...
i mean, i don't know this player, but i can't see him small-2-barreling this board with air or worse that often if at all. Shoving the river would be pretty terrible imo.

even tho he's a bad reg i'd think his range is much narrower utg, and when he fires 2 small barrels like that i think it's more for value than anything else. you got lucky with his misclick imo.

sounds like a glitch in the losers software because if you select fold to a check the software ask you to confirm the action

fold turn seems good. seems like a misclick fold then an auto hot key insta clicking the "yes" im sure I wanna fold button.

So his pf range is what TT+ AQ+? Fold flop. You just aren't deep enough to be making moves against someone with a narrow range and super small equity when you are called.

Turn is pretty easy fold I think. Don't like a cr bluff. I doubt he's gonna fold AQ, QQ, KK, AA, Axhh and that's about everything that you're behind at the moment and you have 2 outs at best when called. I'd be more likely to try this kind of bluff against a better player who will be able to fold some of those hands, but then of course you need to make sure u'r repping enough real hands.
