Fold, You have 160 invested and have no idea where you stand. Much better spots than this to accumulate chips!

if he is a good player that flop hit him good. he could have a set, 2 pair a str8 or a big pair and a str8 draw such as AJ , JJ or AQ AK. If the flop hit him then he will call most of your raises and what will you do if he reraises. In short I don't think you can end this hand quickly so I suggest you play small ball.

check call

It's quite hard because there is no info about UTG. But I think folding here is a good option, because UTG may have KQ, TT, QQ, KK (really likely) and you need to get lucky against these hands. I don't think c/c is the best line (but it's really not the worst) here because it's really likely that he will bet turn and you would need to fold turn bet, unless you improve to the straight or triples, so it prob would be waste of t280.
So IMHO just fold and wait for better spots, blinds are small and there is no pressure in you.
