bet. I think he will check behind here a lot with PPs, so a crai only works if he hit the A and likes it or he thinks he can bluff the A with his PP.

The amount is a bit tricky. He played this hand passive, so he might call 300-400 with a mediocre pair, but he might call 600 or more with an A. I think i'd go for 400-500. It is a good balance between getting paid by PPs and maybe raised by Ax because it looks a bit weaker.

tbh, i like a c/c on the river better.

He's gonna fold most hands he's likely to have (midpairs, overglards) to a river bet, but will certainly bluff the ace a lot
