Any suggestins how to play these hands better?

Hand 1, couldn't improve it.

Hand 2, I'd raise pf. If a Ten hadn't come on the flop, you'd be looking at a tough decision.

1) 3bet to ~t360 pf and call a push. As played, pushing over his flop bet is overkill and raising to like t450 gains more value.

2)We're the button with TT and only 1 limper, raise it up. As played, you could maybe raise slightly more on the flop but other than that, it looks good.
