im raising less pre (i think 200 is better) and going from there

as played i think shoving the flop is the best play because if they are calling 450 they are probabley calling all in so might as well get it in while your ahead.

Seems fine.

Hes going to call on the flop with Qx and other holdings than a flushdraw too and after betting the flop you are pretty much pot comitted.
Theres too much money in the pot already so you cant fold.

The flop bet could be a little bigger, I think, but it doesn't really matter, the hand plays out the same. Definitely don't open-jam the flop, and checking with the intention of c-raising is very risky since you're unlikely to get the bet you're looking for. Well played.

Pretty standard. With that much of your money involved on the flop you're not folding the turn. Sure he'll show up with a flush sometimes and you'll have 4 outs, but he'll also show up with a Queen many times and he'll only have 2.
