real drawish flop and who knows what these guys have at the 6s. Id raise more on the flop, like 225-250. I would probably check the turn and even c/f. AA really doesnt look good anymore

150 pf, pot the flop, check the turn.

really 5x pf w/ aces? I know there isn't really a difference between 150 and 120 at the 6s, but 5x just doesn't seem real profitable

Why 5x bb with AA I would understand 4x bb but not five

just flat out lol. first 2 lvls standard raising is opening 4xbb+1bb for each limper.

I thought it usually is 3x + 1bb per limper but I will adjust

lol yea, but you have aces. I guess it doesnt really that much.

OP, 3x+1 is just fine. You don't need to adjust, but if you wanted to, that wouldn't be bad either.

well, you should adjust. if they call 120, they will probably call 150. more money in the pot when you have bad hands = profit.

Really since when...LOL! You must have miswrote that i'll give ya a break.

Anyways regarding your betting, I make it 120 pre-flop, pretty similar to you. And on the flop, considering the texture I would bet out 3/4 to 4/5 to deny odds to those people on the straight draw. So if the pot were 375, I would make it about 300to go and see what happens from there.

In your case I don't think you played it bad, but I think you have to bet a little harder on these boards. You also have to weigh in the fact that you got unlucky here too. Which is just unfortunate and inevitable.

I would 3x-4x (+1limp) preflop. (120-150)

You should definately bet more on the flop since its so draw heavy for two reasons:
1. To protect your hand of course
2. For Value: I play these limits all day and many villains out there dont know anything about pot odds so they would even call overbets or all-ins in this spot (With straight or flush draws). If they like to draw, make em pay for it. Commit em to the turn. If its a blank get it in.

I like the sippin_criss line.
150 PF is fine to protect and give value to your hand (specially in a 6$).
On the flop, you have to bet near the pot since it's very drawy.
I probably check/fold the turn (too weak ?).

This is roughly how I would play it as well. Bet sizing is more about flow than rules like 3xbb+1bb per limper. If the typical raise has become a bit larger than 3xbbs, go ahead and make it 5bbs. Especially at the 6s, you can really extract a lot more value with AA and KK by making it more preflop.

PF 120-150 it's ok for me
I bet more on the flop something like 250 on this very drawy board
Turn with this scary card C/F (too weak also like rodolphe? )
