wonder what edge you are willing to take for calls.
Lets say villain and i both have 10BB. You take a 50% equity edge, or +55% or even a 45% edge cause the dead money from the blinds dictates...?
the larger the field, the bigger your edge for calls should be, opinions?
example:
villain push 10%:
you are willing to call with 99 for 10BB (in a 18man, 45man, +180man, non of these)?
