Is this too weak?
villain was like 20/10ish and was solid.
I often bet the flop, but I didn't this time, because I had been aggressive at the start of heads-up, betting lots of flops and he called with 2 overs + weak FD before and one time he check/minraised me.
Anyway is that good reasoning or a lame excuse?

You have a few options here. I like a c/r small and a turn shove. I think that maximizes your FE. Are your stats filtered for HU?

No hands are not filtered, because I hate not having stats when the new filter 'comes'.

So you'd raise to like 1200 on the flop or something? Obviously we'd call a shove at that point as well since invested so much.

Is this because if you shove you think he'll more easily put you on a flush draw?

I'd probably check-raise all in here, 1250 in the pot with a decent chance of winning it on the flop or with a flush if he calls.

C/ring small and shoving the turn has more FE than a CRAI on the flop. This is mainly b/c our hand strength looks much stronger than it actually is, and while our odds of hitting the flush after missing the turn are worse, I prefer foregoing those odds in favor of fold equity. However that fact is somewhat deceiving, given that we were already committed once w/ c/red the flop. I think the chance of someone calling a CRAI on the flop w/ 2nd pair or worse or even tpnk is significantly higher than the chance of someone calling a small CR/turn shove.

given the stacks a CRAI on flop or even shove on turn is kinda ridiculous b/c we're so deep. I prob just check/call b/c I don't want to get blown off the draw and I'm not content to call a 3bet by villain w/ an 8 hi FD.

This.

C/F seems kinda silly, especially to a minbet

c/c seems really standard, anything else seems spewy.

I like a c/c since you said he has been calling with overs. Against other opponents I might lead or c/r.

Yeah c/c>c/f, I don't really like a crai here.

Given you'd been aggressive, he could play back at you light or even with air. If he just calls you have lots of equity.

So, I'd lead smallish, and 3-bet if makes a raise that doesn't look committing..

As played, you can certainly c/c a less than 1/2 pot bet here.
