I figure my AQ is no good on this board vs their limp calling range. Especially multiway I thought it would be horrendous to cbet here. Curious to know what other would have done in this spot.

Considering its still super early (1st or 2nd hand). Is this ever a fold? or would that be way too tight??

Definite fold. You're almost certainly behind. The early levels should push you more towards the fold than a call- there's less to play for and what you've already invested only represents <10% of your stack.

Let me rephrase myself with this post. What I meant to say is...Considering its only the 1st level, Can we fold AQ preflop in this spot. I mean how much can we really expect to win even if we do hit. I would imagine not enough to make it really worth while. Or is folding a strong hand like AQ to open limpers much to tight & demands value regardless of the situation?

Don't fold it preflop.

If your worried about not hitting the flop and losing 160, then just raise 120, it should do the same job.
I know people say 4x + 1 for each limper at t20, but in this situation, we're never going to be able to call/shove against a 3-bet and we have the button, so raising less imo is better.
