i'd fold, MP raising more than 10bb must be pretty strong

If you mean open shover is a regular, his range is pretty wide here, like 55+, AT+ & KJs+ would be a somewhat conservative estimate IMO. I don't know who dawgs678 is, but I don't think it matters too much. There is no way they have a pushing and calling range that makes our call -cEV. We should also notice that the bubble is pretty far away, and though putting a "Final table" sized stack on the line does put ICM concerns on the table, I don't think we're close enough to it to think that we're going to somehow not risk it all somewhere down the road.

as for the "we take the flip?" question, it's uncalled for. AJ/AQ is def in the first shover's range.

did you run a sim? i fold but it could be wrong

Please tell me how we are on the bubble. There are 7 players at the table and these tournaments pay 7. Also note that there should be 67.5K on the table if we are at the final table, but there is only ~37K out. This is not the bubble, not even close, and the hand is a snap call, not even close. Even calling on the bubble wouldn't be terrible since we have to come in last place in the hand and BTN has to win for us to bubble.

Have to call. Flipping is worst case here and we are flipping to almost triple our stack.
