Just came to this table, this was the second hand so no reads or stats on villain. Did I make the right decision you think? If I was to 4bet I had to stack off right?

UTG+1: 3,840 (19.2 bb)
UTG+2: 36,004 (180 bb)
Hero (MP1): 8,370 (41.9 bb)
MP2: 13,025 (65.1 bb)

Preflop: Hero is MP1 with K

2 folds, Hero raises to 500, 2 folds, CO raises to 2,400, 3 folds, Hero raises to 8,370 and is all-in, CO calls 5,970

Flop: (17,040) 6

(2 players, 1 is all-in)
Turn: (17,040) 4

(2 players, 1 is all-in)
River: (17,040) 8

(2 players, 1 is all-in)

You can fold but I wouldn't.
4 bet shoving>flatting 3bet>folding

I'd give him credit for this, although I think his actual holding here is smth like TT-JJ or AK. I am not ready to flip this early for 40bbs at best, when we don't have FE, so I am folding and waiting for better spot.

Yea I feel like its to early to ship 40 bb with AKo this early in a tourney. I also think folding AK pre isnt fun either. Anyone just flat here and play c/f if you dont hit the flop?

vs his large 3b, we can expect to see 99 TT JJ QQ AQ AK a lot.
