This is a more likely range than just AA or KK. If you honestly believe he has only aces or kings, why are you calling at all? Set mining after a 4 bet is just not going to have a +EV. When the villain 4 bet he put 40% of his stack in pre flop and this means if he decides to c-bet it will be for the rest of his stack. The villain could have shoved JJ or TT given the range above(although I admit its unlikely)
Queens are a premium hand and should be played accordingly, shove preflop and give the villain the difficult decision. Its him who has to put his tourney on the line, not you.
