Blinds are 1k/2k with 400 ante.
I have 32k. Villain has slightly more.
Other 3 players have us both covered.
I have Q
J in SB.
V is on BTN and raises to 5k. He is older white guy, maybe 50-ish. Doesn't seem super nitty but I wouldn't characterize him as a habitual blind thief either.
I chose to call here (should I push). BB (and big stack also calls - she is older white lady been getting hit in face with deck. Plays nitty).

You have 16BB...flatting here w/ 16BB is not profitable in TLR.
Based on your reads on V, what hands in his range are you beating, here? Raise to bluff or fold, here.
No need to flat and be OOP here w/ this hand w/ that stack OTF. Just get out, imo. Wait for a better spot.
