TT is more than good enough. You can check these kind of hands yourself with SNG Wiz/SNGPT and play around with the ranges.

Yes it is a good shove but I alternate my play in these spots from shove to 2.5 bb raise. Then I shove the flop. The latter play may not have the math support the former has but at that micro level most players are flop it or fold it types. I think it is an acceptable way to change up your game. True it won't double you up as often but chipping up if the pot is surrended to you on the flop is nice.

Checked my hand histories, was another table we were playing at that time, where i did this to you:

Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, 5.5 Tournament, 60/120 Blinds (4 handed) - Full-Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

Button (t6125)
Hero (SB) (t5260)
Lets Get Stepn (BB) (t1005)
UTG (t1110)

Hero's M: 29.22

Preflop: Hero is SB with 6, 7
2 folds, Hero bets t5260 (All-In), Lets Get Stepn calls t885 (All-In)

Flop: (t2010) 6, 3, J (2 players, 2 all-in)

Turn: (t2010) 6 (2 players, 2 all-in)

River: (t2010) 5 (2 players, 2 all-in)

Total pot: t2010

Results:
Hero had 6, 7 (three of a kind, sixes).
Lets Get Stepn had K, K (two pair, Kings and sixes).
Outcome: Hero won t2010

Btw, looking over that HH i think you play better than most people at our level, but your too tight on the bubble from what i can judge.
