1. should I fold this PF?
2. What should I do about the flop raise?
3. What do you think he has?

1:no way,pls complete this sb every time.
2:never ever call this raise.either fold or reshove.reads should induce on of those.
3:it should be overpair like 66-tt,its a 5$ donkament,it could be a2-a4 or at-or any overpair fd,dunno kjs.

edit:sry i didnt notice mp´s chipstack.please shove this.

calling PF is good, dont ever raise this PF, and its cheap enough to call to set mine or to get a flop like this. shove over his raise, this is likely A4 or a FD
