Should I be betting again, on the turn here?

I've only played 19 hands against villain so no real reads on him, only hand he has only played 1 hand from the BB where the flop came down AKA and he called small bets to the river with 99, which he won

Very similar to your other post, and I think you should again check behind on the turn for pot control. You have a marginal hand, albeit possibly a winning one, but you could also be way behind to A7, A8, 22, 88, or AT+.

I also probably wouldn't open raise this quite so much, as anything that calls you likely dominates you as well. I would probably just fold p/f, but raising to t125 isn't too bad I guess.
