Howdy cowboys and cowgirls!

I find myself in this situation a lot where i raise pre with AQ and completely miss the flop. I decided to check behind on flop to see what villain does on the turn. After a second check am i good to go with a cont bet as i have absolutely no draws so can fold to a reraise.

Should i be cont betting the flop? Should i just check behind on turn?

(also is pre flop raise OK? decided to rairs as i was gauranteed position. Maybe this is wrong?)

The 2 can not have helped you I think you will get called at the exact samefrequency as if you bet the flop, no more no less.

I would cbet the flop most of the time but if I don't, I keep checking on this turn.

I don't think this is true at all. Checking the flop and betting turn is different for at least the following reasons:
A) obviously, the flop check indicates (or may be interpreted as) weakness
B) we now have more information about villian's range, because he has now, obviously, checked the turn (e.g., he is more likely to lead turn if he was going for a flop check/raise)
C) this line by hero carries with it only the threat of one more street of betting (and is thus easier for villian call down)

The PF raise is fine, limping behind is ok too.
This is the perfect board to cbet and I do that 100% of the time here (unless I'm playing with a good reg then I get all WTF H4X! on them)

I think (I could be wrong) RexWoo was trying to say something different. I personally don't think he calls the flop nearly as much as he will call the turn (if you had checked the flop).

2 limpers, hero bumps it up and we're head up, hero showed strength after the 2 limpers pre so i like a cbet of around 220 here.

betting the turn isn't bad, I think you might need to bet alittle more ~t190-210, but thats just my opinion. I think you not getting called much on the turn here with villain showing weakness, you might get called by hands such as 88,77,55,44 ect..

But I think 77 and 88 might lead turn with the 2 falling. So imo the delayed cbet works here, but if you havn't cbet a ton of flops yet I'd prefer to cbet this flop.
