Jam it. Sometimes I will limp these hands UTG but 1010 is too vulnerable in this situation. 450 of blind equity should qualify here and make your play +EV in the long run.

shove is def +EV but honestly i like a raise to 750 to encourage hands like 66+/KJ+/AJ+ to reshove over your raise. most ppl will fold hands like 66 to a shove from you and will only call you with hands that you lose to JJ+ or hands you coinflip against AK/AQs (tho possibly getting calls from 99)
