When BB 3bet me, I went through HH real quick to see what hands he has shown down, so far, he has only shown JJ, AK, AQ, so I assume he is a very tight player. Plus he 3bet pretty quick, but not quick enough to seem like a misclick, so I assume he is very strong.

Based on information, i see a fold here. Marginal though and you're probably not in bad shape against his range. Shove or fold is fine IMO.

I had a similar spot w/ queens the other day against a tight 3 bettor. (similar stack/blind ratio where 4 bet shoving is a bit meh) I got to thinking about something someone said on these boards recentl;y.

That being: " AK fairs best seeing 5 cards"

If we take that to be true it has to be also true that AK fairs less well over 3 cards and a tight 3 bettors range contains more AK than QQ+.

So, If you are of the mind to play for all your chips with this hand, how about: flat pre against a tight 3 bettor and get it in on any non A/K flop? whilst c/f every other flop?

I have no maths to back anything up. Just wondered if anybody might know the ev of something like this
