Easy push correct? UTG has limped AA before, but he had been limping a lot lately so I was not too worried about him.

I dnt play any of these 45-turbos, but i dnt think open shoving with an m of ~7 is correct. Ur nt particularly shortstacked so IMO a push isnt the best move. Altho flat calling isnt an option either.

With the ante our M is barely over 5, there is a limper (so more dead money when everyone folds), so this is an easy shove for me (but I am shove happy). Int his case, even had you raised you would have been committed to calling BTN's raise anyways, and folding is far too weak, so the same thing occurs either way,

Fine and completely standard given UTG had been limping a lot (and possibly even if he hadn't).

you'd go pearljammer on him and raise to 1800 then fold if you're reraised or don't flop a set I guess?

This is NOT open shoving as someone else already opened the action with a limp, but open shoving 55 here would be fine too.

The antes do change things, i didnt no ther were any. So with an m of ~5 id be much more inclined to shove here.

I like the push, lots of dead money in there ... nice spot to be doing this, well played

No real solid leads on the other players left to act. I thought the shove was correct, I just wanted to check. What were you suggesting we do with position on the limper?

pretty sure this is a push or fold only situation. i just ran it through sng wiz and played around with the ranges and they came out pretty tight. i realize it's not a single table sng though. what range did you put utg on?

i'd like to hear more opinions on this as i'm often in similar spots w/low PP's after an utg/ep limp and not sure if a push is correct.

I had put UTG on something like:
A2+ K8+ Q9+ J9+
Obviously JJ+ is in his range, I just did not feel he had that as he had been limping the previous few hands even the the high blinds. I would even throw some smaller SC's in there, 67s etc.
