pretty sure that openfolding AQo at any stage from any position in these is a leak. especially early when there is alot of c/c c/c c/c dead money around who will go all the way with the 97th nuts.
yea sometimes you will get reraised and have to fold or a villain will hit aces up, but most of the time TPTK or TP2K is the nuts and you get payed off for a early double up.

Fold to the 3bet obv,also i don't understand your sizings at all. Are you trying to stack him pre with AQo when its obv he wants to go all in.
Anyways Split pot now unless he was doing that with 10-KK in which case nh.
