Villain was at another table with me and seemed solid so far.
Couldnt really give him credit for a set seeing as he played it so fast but do I really beat much?

Villain has you beat . Unless he was a total idiot (which you say he is not), he is not going to 3bet push, early, against a raiser and a caller, with a draw, overpair or air.

i bet bigger on the flop, whatever.... i like a fold in a 5 way pot, you are probably beat pretty often and even if you are ahead villain might have a good equity with for example 9T. He also can have 2 pair like 78, etc.

why bet bigger to fold to a reraise?
should I check call the flop? or even check fold?

"why bet bigger to fold to a reraise?"

You did'nt know he was going to re raise when you bet, you should bet bigger in these situations so as not to be giving people the correct odds to call & also the bigger the bet the harder it is for players to call therefore you can get an idea of where you stand more easily, also you want to be driving out 1 pair hands to so that they can't draw out on you. By betting 180 you're almost giving anyone holding a 6 in their hand correct odds to draw.
If you play you're overpairs like this alot of the time i'd say it's a big leak in your game.
And no, no checking this flop!! Bet straight out to find out where you are!!! It's either a bet-fold or nothing in my opinion.
And yes i agree with all of the above it's a fold for reasons already stated by others.

I generally dont play 5 way pots with AA, so I dont see how it can be too much of a leak although I should have bet like 220. No more than half pot imo.
Why would I want to drive out one pair hands? Thats all Im going to get value from, because I have one pair.
Do we think his range is just sets, 2pair? In game I figured his range was like 55-KK, 78, not alot else makes sense really. Sounds reasonable?

if you add 9T,67, and probably 68s, i think the range is correct.

if you stove it you have a good equity against this range, but pokerstove doesn't calculate how often he has sth like 9T, etc....so i still think it's a fold, because he has 2 pair or a set way more often than a combo draw or OESD.
