i understand your thoughts on that spot, cause his line is really a bit weird, but i wouldnt call his all in... you still had a healthy stack... without any specific reads/stats on villain this is a clear fold imo...
Blinds this small you should just be limping or min raise and working for the set if u miss u give up its that simple because far to many times you get your self in situations like this.
The other trick you missed here is he could easily be playing for a small set him self or just bad play, and he slow played his pocket jj+
Conclusion this early 22-10 u limp, min raise, or call for set miss and give it up
