This is the 2nd level of this tournament. The table started out 3 handed but filled up quickly. I have been playing solid, everyone seems to be playing fairly tight. There hasn't been any 3-betting, just a lot of small ball stuff going on.

Starting stack 12k I have right around there, villain has roughly the same. I haven't seen him do anything weird, but it's still early.

This hand, villain is UTG and I am right next to him (UTG+1)

Blinds 75-150 (no ante)

Dealt to Hero: AK

Villain (UTG) raises to 350, Hero raises to 975, everyone folds, villain quickly calls.

Flop (2175): QJ4

Villain quickly bets 1600, Hero thinks for a few seconds and calls

Turn (5375): 5

Villain quickly bets 2600, Hero thinks for a bit longer and calls

River(10,575): T

Villain pauses and bets 2600, Hero...

As far as live tells go I felt like he was fairly strong on the flop and turn. He didn't feel as strong on the river, but I wasn't picking up any major signs of weakness.

FWIW folding wasn't going through my head. It was raising or calling.

I feel like I am beating a wide range of hands, but only a very small range of those hands are calling a raise. I feel like all the hands that are beating me are calling pretty quickly.

I also think there is more than 1 option of how much to raise if that raising is the right play.

Thoughts on all streets are appreciated.

Call. You have Kc and there are obviously blockers to the AQ/AJcc combo. Doubt he is playing any other suited aces unless he is really bad but as you made it sound. I'd expect him to show up w/ the Ac of a lot but nothing to go w/ it.

5:1!!!!

I'd call. I think its pretty hard for him to have a flush here, however I think almost every worse hand folds to your raise. Pretty weird spot and I'm really not sure what is best, would like to hear some other input on this one.

Hard to fold with 4:1 but with my experience in live donkaments the villain usually have the goods here with the bet sizing.

FWIW I think a lot of the time he's flopped a set here w/ something like JJ/QQ that he doesn't want to fold pf but at the same time doesn't want to get in pre. Thinking he really hates that river card and might blocker bet/fold.

3-bet is OK, but I would flat call the UTG raise in UTG+1 in level 2.

I would push OTF or raise with the idea of getting allin. IMO your draw is strong and this is much better than flat calling.

I would flat call the river. Agree a set is fairly likely. What flush did he raise/call UTG preflop with? AcTc oor Tc9c for the straight flush?

Meh, I didn't really want to flat preflop and invite a lot of people in the pot and play the remainder of the hand OOP against multiple opponents. I'm pretty sure I would have picked up at least 1 or 2 more player by flat calling.

I really was super positive I had the best hand on the river but couldn't bring myself to push. I thought about it for quite a long time before reluctantly just calling.

Needless to say I was super surprised to see the villain had KJo.

I think I should have raised the flop with the intention of getting it in though, I think that would have been the best play.
