4 levels into a 2 day long $350 MTT.
Blinds: 100/200
MP2 - v1: 8900 chips - 30-35 year old guy just sat down at the table less than an orbit ago.
CO - v2: 3300 chips - 50+ guy that is oblivious to his surroundings
BB - hero: 10,500 chips - tight image - showed down best hands every time.

Hero's cards: J

Pre-flop:
V1 raises to 725
V2 calls
Hero 3 bets to 2100
V1 calls
V2 looks at his chip stack and sigh shoves all-in for his remaining 1200. (less than a min-raise).
Hero calls
V1 calls.

Flop (9900) 4

3 players

Hero bets 7200 and is all-in.

the 2100 sizing pre seems a bit out.

probably 3k > jam > flat but dynamic/image may change preference

good flop tho, def gii

I would 3-bet more pre - at least enough to put the short stack in but probably more like 4k. Jam that flop.

I prefer 3b less pre if anything, 2.25 to 2.5x, we have JJ in position and are value 3betting! I am just not a fan of full 3x 3b, not sure if others agree. Bit more oop for value and bluffs and a bit less in position imo. Of course you are betting this flop now!

Ok, wasn't sure if jamming here was o.k. Maybe being results oriented here but I was wondering if I could bet like 3k on the flop and fold to a all-in raise? that would have left me with about a 20 bb stack to play with. Like I said, this thought line might be results oriented.

Also, I could see the merit in a pre-flop 3 bet to an all-in amount for the shortie. I was trying to iso the shortie but since I got lazy and didnt think about his remaining stack size when I 3 bet it to 2100, the other villain was getting a decent price to call behind.

I don't think you can bet/fold this flop, just as likely he has TT as QQ
