I've been at USC Phildo's table a few orbits ago and I've raised a couple hands nothing out of control. I think I have some fold equity plus I have a pair so it can't be that bad right? What should his calling range be here? I think AJ, 6's +

I really, really doubt his calling range of a relative unknown's 4bet from the HJ is 66+, AJ+. Think about how light he has to assume you're 4-betting him for 66 to be a good call here, and then think about the 4-betting range of a solid-seeming but mostly unknown medium-stakes tournament player. I could be off, but I think he would definitely need a lot more history with you to have that wide of a calling range (99+, AQ+ seems like a better guess to me).

As for your play, if you have roughly 36% equity when called -- which is just sort of a ballpark number to give you a general idea -- my dashed-off math suggests this would be marginally +cEV even if you only got a fold 40% of the time. So if USCPhildo's laggy at all then this is almost assuredly +EV. nh.

This, but he should be real laggy. When he 3-bets you what do you perceive his range to be? Never played with the guy.

That looks like a pretty small 3bet I would be kind of nervous, but you do have some fold equity here.

Sometimes I get that feeling where somebody is going to repop me before I even raise then they do and I hate folding when I have a decent hand. I 4 bet pretty quickly and he snap called me with A 10 then proceeded to berate my play but I think my shove is pretty standard and his call is marginal/awful.

Phildo plays weird. I like your shove, but you have to know his calling range is significantly wider than most players in spots like this.

I was going to say 22+, AJ+ & KQs until I read he called with AT.

Even though hes calling alot here... I still like the shove as he'll have 78s, JT, QJ etc etc alot of the time 3 betting from the button.

seems a good play, if you have FE. it seems you actually didn't, but i think his call is pretty damn bad if your just some unkown to him.

His call is bad regardless imo, there's no way you're shoving such a range where ATo is getting the right price. I mean you're not shoving A7o and **** like that (I pray.)
