I just started playing these 3.30r 180's. So far I'm annoyed by the longer run-time but they seem pretty weak and I might as well take advantage. Should I be folding this or can I wait for the blinds to go through me? IMO the shove from the small stack should only slightly tighten my starting hand requirements, if at all.

I think I would fold here, even if it folds around you still have to win against UTG

I'd probably get it in. With 1.5BBs, UTG's shoving range is absolutely wide enough for A5s to hold up against him. Plus, two shoves should tighten up the rest of the table and you should get it heads up often enough.
